hi, using xym desktop wallet, I am sending xym to kucoin, transaction is successful but coins stay in wallet and nothing on explorer. (yes I included unencrypted message along with address). anyone had same problem?
trying to understand, says tx fee is 35 but no such option exists even if I am willing to pay 35 xym. puzzler! should I encrypt message, should I use multisig… who knows.
as it turns out, I just had to change nodes in desktop wallet. that is bottom left corner. picked another random node and tx went through. clue was that current node was not recognizing my public key. how did i know, well, opened explorer and public key was “unknown”. I hope that helps someone else.
