@Seckin_Kaya Because you didn’t include message code transaction was not processed by Koineks. Exchange use one wallet address for all users and message is used to idntify user. That’s why when you didn’t include message transaction can be assigned to any of users.
But coins are on Koineks wallet now so you must contact with Koineks support and ask them to assign this transaction to your Koineks account. They will need probably some proof that this are your transaction like screenshots from AEX withdraw history and transaction hash.

I got my balance reflected in the wallet. Seems Cryptopia has resolved their issues. Thanks for all who raised your voice to resolve this issue.

I am new to nano wallet transferred soem XEM from my poloniex account to my nano wallet account.

On poloniex it says transfer completed with a transaction id an hour ago but I still can’t see any XEM on my nano wallet.

Only way to fix this is contact with Cryptopia support.

@ims124 check if transaction id provided by Cryptopia exists in blockchain. You can do it in explorer.ournem.com.
If not you must contact with Cryptopia support.

If AEX doesn’t support including message you can’t send to other exchange directly.
First send to nanowallet.

Poloniex put your wallet into maintenance.
Check if transaction is completed and transaction id exists in blockchain explorer > explorer.ournem.com.

It says the transaction was completed in poloniex with the folllwing transaction id but it’s not showing in this blockchain explorer.

Hello, I am @AlanM1145. I have had an issue where my XEM deposit was not credited. you can see the details in my posts. It appears that XEM is now out of maintenance mode on the cryptopia website. I sent the coins on February 2nd. How long until my account is credited? Thanks.

for those who have xem trapped in cryptopia, not only is cryptopia some exchanges have the same problem, but they solve it faster than cryptopia, I had 11 days my deposit of successful xem but balance in 0 and now go from aex to bittrex XEM and it has not arrived and more than 24 hours and it is a problem in which bittrex has 0 connections in the xem wallet

Transaction doesn’t contain message code required by Bittrex to process transaction automatically:

What you can do now is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

If you made withdraw from Cryptopia and it’s missing you must contact with Cryptopia support. This is only way.
