not in a hurry, just want to know if the xem is lost or not , because transaction shows as complete in poloneix and i cannot find it on chain.nem.ninja

That should be a question to Poloniex.
I can not give a definite answer.

Had the same trouble:

Best suggestion is to open support ticket with Poloniex and wait until they reply and credit back your NEM.

So are you saying poloneix just never sent your nem, and then they just returned your nem to your poloniex account after you opned up a support ticket?

One of the members here let me know that the reason that NEM wasn’t sent to the wallet could be insufficient funds on their NEM hot wallet.

Transaction shown as complete, but their NEM wallet hasn’t enough to credit amount I requested.

Might be the same problem with you, the problem is that it’s not possible to check TXID, which is similar issue to mine.

I opened a ticket but still waiting for reply, unfortunately it might take ages according to reviews of many users…

a few days ago, i accidently send some coins with the wrong message to bittrex.
there was a 0 (zero) at the beginning of the message, don’t ask mw why :-/
i opened a support ticket at bittrex, but this can take a while.
just wondering, is there a possibility to still get the coins if the address was correct but the message was wrong?

Yes, they’ll usually sort it out eventually. You’ll get your coins, unless there’s something else that’s gone wrong.

Very stupid of me but I sent NEM from my iPhone wallet to Bittrex without inserting a message. I contacted Bittrex and they asked for the ID / Hash of the transfer. I can’t seem to find it anywhere on the wallet… I only see the dates I sent it to… where do I find the hash / ID on an iPhone NEM wallet??

I have same issue but i put the message. I got Complete: ERROR. Now i dont have it in bittrex OR poloniex. I left a ticket here on this website and poloniex. Let me contact bittrex. How did u contact them? Help me!

I made the transaction of 13470 XEM which was transfered from my NEM wallet completely. But the failed transaction to be informed from receiver. Anh then i search the transaction on blockchain of Nem with hash:

Nembex has some bugs and is not displayed properly.
