Hello guys, i v send my xem from nano wallet to polo and dont get them on polo and cant find transaction by hash, other guys tell me about hardfork and new wallet and etc
so they tell in old net there is no nodes so my xem will return to me next day

First, Nembex is not reflected immediately. Is it still possible to search hash?
Also, if multisig is the sender, it takes more time to reflect.
Then try searching at your address. Results are earlier than Hash search.

If you still have problems, please select another node from the node menu with your NanoWallet. The Super Node you are currently using may temporarily have poor response.

Hello,

I am missing some NEM since 2 weeks ago.

I sent them from bittrex to the NEM mobile wallet. By mistake I sent them to the address on the ‘dashboard’ screen and not ‘my address’ which is in the my info section.

I have previously used the the wallet just fine for other transactions but I forgot that the first address you see in the app is not the receiving address, perhaps this could be made more obvious?

If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Its not a large transaction!

It seems to be sending money from Bittrex to Chengelly.
Your funds are currently owned by Changelly.

Please make a refund request to Chengelly.
In doing so, you must prove that the person you sent from Bittrex is you.
You need to submit a screenshot of Bittrex’s remittance list.
Please also submit the Txid along with it.

Please consult with Changelly as to how to handle that fund later.

There is no history you sent to Bittrex on the block chain.
First of all, please change the NIS server connected from the top node menu.
Perhaps a remittance transaction may work.

Please check the balance in that state. On the current block chain, it is recorded as 1904.668021 XEM.

It’s iOS.
Select the server setting from the setting menu.
Please select a server different from the currently selected server.

Actually remittance may be done by doing this.
Also check the balance etc. If it has not decreased, remittance has failed.

Hi NEM users.

I have bought NEM coins two days ago via Litebit. I have used the address mentioned in the iOS app, but until now I have not received my NEM coins. I did exactly the same on 3 August and the coins did show up in my wallet.
I have tried several things. I contacted Litebit and my transaction was correctly processed. I have changed the server in my iOS wallet, but without any luck.
Could somebody help me to solve this issue?
