I sent 4224.05 XEM from my NEM Wallet to Bittrex or Poloniex (I saw this days later after a lot of transactions I made on okt 21st, but couldn’t remember which exchange I sent in to :/) . I didn’t fill in the message part (stupid). Can you retrieve this transaction for me? It says ‘sent’ on my now empty NEM wallet but I didn’t receive nothing on my Bittrex/Poloniex account.
Thing is, I’m convinced the tx was to Bittrex but their tech support claims that they couldn’t find anything.

Sent NEM tokens from my Nano Wallet to my Bittrex account and did not include the message. Bittrex is requesting A transaction ID / Hash. How can I obtain that info ?

You can always obtain the transaction hash from http://chain.nem.ninja/#/blocks/0

is there any support for this wallet? I sent my tokens to a wrong wallet at Litebit. Litebit support tells me to contact my wallet support who will credit me with the tokens. I also got a TX Id from them.

As I understand you try send tokens from Bittrex to Litebit but you put wrong address (Bittrex address).
Because you send money from Bittrex address to Bittrex address (yes) you must contact Bittrex support to retrieve your tokens.
Currently, your tokens are on bittrex hot wallet (nd2jrp-qiwxhk-aa26in-vga7sr-eeumx5-qai6vu-7hnr).
Please contact with Bittrex Support and provide transaction link:

I bought tokens at Litebit NEM (250) and sent them to the Bittrex address (ND2JRP-QIWXHK-AA26IN-VGA7SR-EEUMX5-QAI6VU-7HNR) provided. That’s why I wrote to Litebit. Do I have to contact Bittrex now to sort it out?
