Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

I put in a withdrawal from HitBTC to deposit to my new nanoWallet account 19 hours ago and it is still not confirmed or showing in my unconfirmed folder. My address is NCQVWMIDDXXWY2E34JHVJHUQ2QWSRRLCKPUBQL3Y.

I don’t have a public key yet since this is my first transaction. I’ve heard you need a public key in order for a transfer to be confirmed and I could do that by making a 0 XEM transfer from and back into my account, but I have no XEM to pay the fee for doing so. I tried buying XEM from Changelly, but being in the US, it would not work for me.

Any ideas? I need enlightenment.

Looks like this is problem with withdrawal on HitBTC site and you must contact with their support. Transaction is not visible in NEM network.

Thank you for checking into this @CryptoBeliever. Sorry about my error on the transaction hash. I gave you the HitBTC transaction number … upon further investigation, I see they have not given it a hash yet … at least it is not listed on the record. I’ll contact HitBTC support … glad I just did a small amount to check it out!

I have the same problem as DMCA, from 4 days my transaction is waiting for confirmation. I have already opened 2 tickets but the support is not answered.

Waiting is all you can do. Or you can try ask exchange in different channels: Twitter, slack (if they have) and so on.

i have a problem with XEM whitdrawal from my android wallet.
i send it to my Poloniex account but never receiv it.
i contacted poloniex but they said that the money is gone to an other wallet not on poloniex.
i think i made an error; i put my poloniex XEM wallet adress in message.

@cryptohead your transaction doesn’t contain message code required by Bittrex.
You must contact with Bittrex support and provide transaction hash:

I sent my XEM from my nanowallet to changelly but eventhough it is confirmed in nanowallet it hasnt arrived in changelly. And I dont find the hash in blockchain either.

Can anyone please help me with this. I have no idea what is happening.

Probably you are connected to not up to date node. Please select another node from list (click right top bottom green circle and choose other node). You can verify if node have uptodate height on https://nemnodes.org/nodes/.

They asked from me the hash and I gave to them.
I wait 3 days and they didn’t answer to me.
Is it normal?

Changelly is usually pretty good at answering tickets. I suggest you open a new ticket with them.

I bought some XEM coins through changelly. the deposit never got to mynem.org account. Now mynem.org website says error message. What can I do to recover my coins? Do I have to open a nano nem wallet?

Mynem.org is scam page. Warnings was put every place we can. How many coins you transfer to this wallet?

I did a second ticket yesterday.
Today they answered again if I want refund or proceed the transaction manually.
I said that I want refund and they can keep the transaction fees.
If it is not possible that, proceed with exchange manually.
