How did you create your wallet for example. In the mobile app or elsewhere and then imported it ?

Which transaction are you even claiming is fraudulent ? The 120 one or the 16690 one ?

On the one hand people are really freaking clumsy.
On the other the app is an abomination at this point. Take it out of the Playstore now! If people can’t seem to stop losing money with it, it needs to go.

The culprit has deposited 16690 XEM to Bittrex, but “message” is not attached.
This means that funds have arrived at Bittrex.
However, since the customer ID is not filled in, it is impossible for the criminal to reflect the funds to the account unless the criminal contacts the support.

You must contact bittrex support (they response times are pretty quick) -> https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us (button submit a request).
What you need to give them:

If money are not already exchanged and withdrawed you can ask exchange to stop tokens on exchange for investigation.
Also on bittrex to withdraw anyone must have some basic verification (at least by phone number). If money are already withdrawed you can track this person by number or other data provided to bittrex exchange.

Someone (thief) made a mistake and don’t attach message in first transaction. Probably he or she must also contact with bittrex support and that’s why second transaction with message was made (for verification purposes).

I don’t see any response from bittrex in this correspondence. What is the ticket status?
Always bittrex first answer is automatic. If ticket is not open simply ask if they can answer (after that real person should obtain your request).
