Can't boot NCC for NEM 0.6.91 and the previous version 0.6.87

I can’t boot NCC to do local harvesting recently.

The previous version 0.6.87 was working great, but suddenly one day it doesn’t work.

And the new version 0.6.91 doesn’t work either.

Anyone with the same problem?
