Changelly sent but wallet did not receive [MOVED]

good evening guys.
This was my second purchase via changelly the first a tester for 92 XEM went very well. This is the second purchase which has failed to appear.How can I make it appear in my nano wallet. The first purchase did everything as it should so I am confused as to why this process is inconsistent.
