Hello together, I’ve bought Dimcoins and let sent them to my IOS wallet. In discussion with Dimcoin.io I get an Screanshot on which can be seen the coins in my wallet are. Now the problem I can’t see this in the app? Can someone please help me here?
The standard mobile wallet does not support mosaics. You will need to import the private key into nanowallet to see your mosaics.
Hallo and thanks for your answer, this is very helpful. Now the question is how to import the private key into nanowallet to see my mosaics. Is there any tutorial. I am not in these things.
Open IOS app -> select your wallet -> bottom right select “more” -> sellect export account -> confirm -> beneath the qr code select show private key.
Then on your desktop: open the nano wallet client -> click sign up -> select private key wallet.
You get this screen enter the private key you took from your mobile wallet in the private key field.
Give it a name and password and then click create.
You can now see your mosaic in the explorer tab.

Hi. I have bought some dimcoin awhile back . They are in my phone app for nem and show as plus 1 xem in my wallet there. There are three plus 1 as I did three purchases . I am under the understanding that the dimcoin s will not show up in the basic wallet so I’m wondering how to get them somewhere I can transfer them to an exchange or hold. Also need to have some comsa tokens I bought sent somewhere and they are on the nem blockchain as well . From what I have read the nem nano wallet is the answer and open an account under private key . Is this the best bet and can I transfer the dimcoin there or store them and transfer the comsa there or store them. Is this correct the Trezor support was kinda confusing me be but I think from reading it is an upgraded wallet and I just want the dimcoin to show up and be usuable as they are in my phone app at the moment looking for direction on how to proceed

It’s not a bug. Unfortunatelly I don’t know when this feature will be added.
