I’m trying to install the client on windows 10 to keep my XEMs at home and not on Poloniex.
I have this error :
The installer could not find a valid java ™ on this machine.
*Supported versions : *
Vendor : Oracle/Sun min. 1.8max any 64 bit
I updated java but it still doesn’t go through the installation and stop to display the error.
Any chance you installed 32bit Java ? Try the 64bit version.
You can try on the command line:
java -d64 -version
If it’s not a 64-bit version, you’ll get a message that looks like:
This Java instance does not support a 64-bit JVM.
Please install the desired version.

I’m now trying to withdraw from poloniex to my freshly created account. I have a withraw error each time in poloniex. I sent them a ticket, anyone knows here if there is some problem with polo and XEM at the moment ?
One other user reported an issue. I think the working theory is that since Polo is using encrypted messages people with completely new accounts that the network has never seen are having problems.
