From Nano wallet to Bter.com Wallet failed (solved)

Hi,

I create an account to Bter.com and I send 100 XEM from my nanowallet to bter.com wallet.
More than 1 hour now I send my XEM and nothing appeare on it.

What happen? How much time XemWallet—>Bter.comWallet.
