Haven't received my NEM. Moving from Bittrex to Nano Wallet [MOVED]

Executing my first transaction in Nano Wallet 2.0.14, I have sent 10 XEM / NEM from Bittrex to my Nano Wallet. Bittrex says the transaction is complete. It was completed in about 1 minute. However, after over 30 - 45 minutes, they have never arrived in my Nano Wallet. Even though the chain.nem.ninja block explorer indicated I had a balance of 10 at my new Nano Wallet address.

I would have expected, given my experience with other wallets, to at least see it show up on the “Dashboard” on the “Unconfirmed” tab, but nothing …

I have hundreds more XEM / NEM to transfer from Bittrex, but I am not going to do anything until I get this resolved.
