I have already told you this. Testnet is only for testing and learning how nanowallet and NEM network works. You can’t transfer from testnet to mainnet or in other side. If you want buy mainnet XEM please go to exchange (links provided above).

You have 500 xem on testnet because you ask for it and I have sent to you:

There is only 8 999 999 999 xem for entire testnet. You can have all. I don’t understand what you want achieved.

For harvesting you need only 10000 xem vested balance. Still I don’t understand why you need so big amount (10-15mln).

To test its results on long term effects. On both how it will grow and to understand it.
If you do not understand why, that is perfect for me because that means there is something I need to find.
