I Didn't Receive My XEMs From Shapeshift Although They Say Transaction Received! [MOVED]

Please help. I have been waiting for over an hour now for my Xems to arrive in my Nano wallet. I can’t find them using the explore tab.

Can someone please advise me what to do?
