I sent XEM from POLONIEX to wrong address [MOVED]

I sent XEM from POLONIEX to wrong address. I сonfused line of message with line of address. Then I created a ticket for support. It has been over a month since I did it. But I have no answer from POLONIEX support. In addition, when I creat support ticket, I need to specify HASH or ID of transaction. But I have no this. I dont Know how can I get ID or HASH. Please, help me. Tell me, where can I get HASH or how can I return back my XEM?
