Invalid adress and can not send nems [MOVED]

Hi

I have a problem I send from cryptobia-exchange, nems to my wallet and it said unvalid address and it didn´t send, than i send nems to cryptobia from my wallet and they are gone:(

I need a new wallet address i guess and how to get my nems back which i send with the invalid address to cryptobia???
