I can’t access my private key in my iOS app because it crashes every time I complete my password on the Export screen.

Correct, @CryptoBeliever can’t access the private key since when I attempt to do so the app crashes.
Is it possible that you’ve switched from one device to another?

Yes, I have a new device. So it sounds as though I’m just out of luck here since I don’t have a copy of the secret key copied outside the app somewhere. Clearer instructions about the location and access to the private key would make solve a lot of people’s problem with this.
When you create wallet on mobile wallet (Android for sure, I can’t check iphone ) you have message about necessary to backup your key.
Make sure that you really don‘t have a device backup with all the necessary data, a desktop wallet where you‘ve imported your account, or something similar that could help you regain access to your account. I guess your old device was already reset?
The iOS wallet also shows a backup warning when creating a new account. A new version with a more advanced account creation and backup wizard, that guides the user through the whole backup process is being worked on.

About above posts. Nazsht if would be possible to break your private key based on public key and address which both are public blockchain would have no sense (as I understand problem Unfortunately you don’t have encrypted pk anymore). That’s why so important is did private key backup.
