Hello. I send 2 transactions from cryptopia to NEM wallet. One with 500 XEM and one with 1,000. I receive confirmation email from cryptopia and I press confirm. Transaction has shown as completed with cryptopia but not shown up in my NEM wallet. I have done this transaction before without problems.
I check address again and everything is correct but nothing in NEM
What can I do???
