Missing Transfer from Cryptopia [MOVED]

Hi

I tried to do my first transfer of NEM from Cryptopia on 4th March but it still has not arrived in my wallet. The Cryptopia’s transaction id is: 2c9dab46889f351287c28e7634f7b6b4ca0367d41015fe9630d12b221845d869 unfortunately when I try to search for it on a blockchain it doesn’t seem to be there. Have I done sth wrong? Could anyone help please? I raised a ticket with Cryptopia but they response time is 23 DAYS (wtf???) .

Any advise will be much appreciated!
