I have not been on my NEM Wallet for ages. I have the app on my iPhone 11. I tried to log in and the app just crashes every time I enter my password.
I have no other way of accessing my NEM Holding. Please advise what i need to do?
Did you maybe from time of last login restored app/phone from icloud/itunes backup?
No I think I might have updated everything from my previous phone
So when you switched between phones I expect you used Apple backup?
Maybe this is the reason → New device iPhone - #6 by thomasoehri?
Have you private key backup?

I have found my private backup key
- install from Wallets - NEM and open it
- Sign up > Private key wallet option
- Choose mainnet
- Put new wallet name and password
- Provide private key from backup
- Create and login
