MY NEM COINS DO NOT APPEAR. I send from cryptopia to my official NEM wallet [MOVED]

I sent more than 8 hours ago, 400 coins of NEM to my official wallet of NEM and they have not appeared. First I made a transaction to an address that appeared simply as “address” because the public key did not appear. The first transaction was successful. But the second time I sent coins to the same first address that appeared at the beginning, the coins did not arrive. But I realize that now under the “address” the public key appears.
I tried to find the transaction and I have not found it, please someone help me!
