My Xem is stuck sending from Cryptopia to Nanowallet [MOVED]

Hi,

I hope someone can help me, I created a fresh nano wallet and attempted to send a small amount of Xem to the test the wallet was working. The transaction is showing as completed at the exchange end (Cryptopia) but its been 2 weeks now and it still does not show in my nano wallet. After doing some research I have the following observations:

  1. I added a message field and this has added a hashtag and the message to the end of my address in the details on Cryptopia,could this be the problem.

  2. The transaction hash does not appear on the blockchain.

  3. I have sent a support ticket but alias no answer for 2 weeks.

  4. Is it because I have no public key as some exchanges will not validate without a public key? And if I need one will someone help by sending me some Xem and I will send it back.
