There is a bug in NCC. When I switch between accounts with the "HARVESTED BLOCKS" tab selected the previous accounts harvested blocks gets added to the currently selected accounts harvested blocks.

The installation failed probably because elements were still running…
So I had to completely uninstall 0.6.25… and then install 0.6.26
The wallet files were unaffected.
Someone should update the wiki…
