I have bought a small amount of NEM coins. I thought I had set up my NEM Wallet+ but unfortunately I seem to have omitted to do it properly. Since then I managed to set up a wallet but niw I need to somehiw rracecthe coins and deposit them in my wallet.
I have a hash so I can see the transaction has been completed but how do I use this info to deposit them coins in my wallet?
I hope somebody can walk me through this!
I should add that the transaction was from Changelly and I did attach a message.
If you have a hash, then you sent the XEM somewhere. It is hard to help you without knowing more.
The hash shows you what address the XEM was sent to.
Thanks Saul, sorry I am very new to this. ok I have an address and all the details of the transaction etc on a page which comes up titled nembex v.3.2.

I have a hash so I can see the transaction has been completed and the details come up on a page title Nembex V3.2 with trasaction data but how do I use this info to deposit them coins in my wallet?
I hope somebody can walk me through this! I can see my transaction but do not know how to transfer it to my wallet. From the previous messages does this provide any help? Changelly have suggested I sync my wallet to the blockchain but I do not know

That is the address that has your XEM.
When looking at the dashboard screen, click on the ‘QR code’ tab at the bottom of the screen. Your address will be displayed on the next screen, is that the same address?
If so, you have your XEM.
Saul, Thank you for your input. No the codes are different. I realise my mistake. I think I deleted my original wallet and therefore the XEM has gone to the original address. Thankfully it is a very small amount so no major damage if they cannot be retrieved!

I am sorry you lost some XEM. In the future, make sure to always back up your private key, that will always give you access to your XEM.
