For the wallet, can't there just be a "back up to dropbox" message/program? Or maybe a pop-up that has instructions how to back up the wallet.

I thought so too. It may be just a primitive one as long as it does its job simply and a more sophisticated one can be done later.

We can provide backup instructions (CTRL+C, CTRL+V) even if backup isn't available natively through NCC.

Although both are extremely useful, it's blatently obvious which should be given priority - multisig.
It's in the interests of everyone to make accounts safer.

You need to program that to be made easy. Many will not know how to do that. Based on the survey, 1/3 may not know how to do that. They normally read and use mouse clicks. Besides, if they accidentally use CTRL-X, they will blame you for not doing it any simpler.;-)
