I created an NEM account for the DIM ico. Coins/Tokens show on the blockchain but not in my App.

I also misplaced my info to be able to login in on a desktop and recover the account but still have access to my cell. What can i do to correct this?

@chris32 mobile wallet support only XEM.
You can export your private key and import into nanowallet.

Ok. What you should do.

  1. First export private key for mobile wallet:
    a) Login into mobile wallet
    b) More (bottom right corner) -> Export account -> ok -> show private key
    c) Copy private key
    e) Log out

  2. Create private key wallet from delegated account private key:
    a) Sign up-> private key wallet option
    b) put copied private key from delgated, wallet name (doesn’t matter) and password (doesn’t matter)
    c) create wallet and login into it with password provided in 2b
    d) Transfer your coins to correct wallet

Thank you for the information.

The app keeps crashing when I try to Export, will try later.

App is not restored from icloud/itunes backup … ?

Not sure what that means. I restored the App from icloud/itunes when I transferred phones.

Is there a way to get my DIM to show so I can send to another wallet after i create one?

your DIM is attached to your address. If you are able to back up your account on another device that supports mosaics, then you will see your DIM.
