Sorry…newer to crypto. I have some XEM in the NEM app. However, I can not send the XEM to my nanowallet. I even tried to send it to shapeshift on bittrex to no avail. Any suggestions to help solve my issue would be welcomed. Thank you in advance!
What problem do you have? App crashes, you have some error? Please give your address.
Forgot to add that this is the error message I keep receiving from bittrex. And, no I am not encrypting the message. Any help would be more than welcomed!

Did you restore app from icloud / itunes backup?
Do you have private key backup or qr code with your private key exported?

@milessmith if you have your private key backup you can easly restore your wallet. For example in desktop nanowallet.
