I was reading that people like me (we are many but seems like we cant do nothing at all) are having issues on transfering from exchangers, so lets clear this issue, we need official answer from nem tech to know where to go.
My personal problem is this:
I got DIM from Alpha-btc and make a transfer to my HItbtc Wallet. Look at this:

I send a lot of mails to alpha-btc support center and got nothing, same with hitbtc. Please guys be kind enought to reply if this have to do with some nem bug or we have to keep traying with the support exchanges.
