NEM TRANSACTION DOES nOT SHOW ON THE NETWORK

Hi All,

I deposited 841.83 NEMs a fortnight ago from Cryptopia to HitBTC. The transaction is confirmed by cryptopia:

But nothing in HITBTC.

I cannot seem either to find the transaction on the NEM network.

Can you help me with this issue ?
