NEM transfer from Bittrex to Yobit disappeared

Hello NEM experts,

I need your help to understand what happened to my NEM coins.

I have transferred 385 NEM to my Yobit wallet from Bittrex. The transaction seems to have gone through successfully but I do not see the funds in Yobit.
