No XEM coins received [MOVED]

Hi,

I sent 180 XEM coins to this address NBD2AF-AJSX53-RDKMV6-L253KD-PVL6DG-MLQ5UB-J3KH: from Cryptopia to NanoWallet. The transaction status on Cryptopia is ‘Complete’ but there are no coins in the NanoWallet.
