Not found my transaction on Nem blockchain

Dear Support Tean,

I made the transaction of 13470 XEM which was transfered from my NEM wallet completely. But the failed transaction to be informed from receiver. Anh then i search the transaction on blockchain of Nem with hash:
193647b8a6e2d1c04396022148490b602ba2bb37f5e1e98bd189c2a9831fee36 but it has not found.
My Nem wallet: NBREWS-7734UY-BPBX4F-NSXKOH-N5HZQ7-PDO5SS-4QAJ
