Hello to everybody, I have a problem, I would like to buy some nem but I can’t becoz I need a public key. How can I get the public key? If I just download the wallet. I am very confused , can someone explain me please?thanks very much for your quick reply.

You need to have address to buy. Your address is visible when you click Account in top right corner of nanowallet.

Hi thanks for your quick reply. Yes I have the adress yes, its
NBIOYU-OZA3JH-C6OPZC-I7FRCH-LUMRZV-JZNUQO-3FRW but it say that I need to make a transaction to get a public key… before I could tranfer some xem to my account.

Hello. I hope somebody can help me. I bought XEM coins and i sended to this adress: NBIOYU-OZA3JH-C6OPZC-I7FRCH-LUMRZV-JZNUQO-3 but that is wrong. It went wrong with copy and paste. The correct adress is: NBIOYU-OZA3JH-C6OPZC-I7FRCH-LUMRZV-JZNUQO-3FRW U see the last 3 letters was missing. Can anybody help me, or tell me what i can do? Thanks in advance.
