Send NEMs from Litebit to NEM Iphone Wallet

Hello dear friends,

I just bought NEM coin from LITEBIT i entered my adress from my iphone NEM wallet with a message.

Till now i still didn’t received my coins, what is going wrong? I am new at this, can someone tell me what to do now?

I am not sure the issue. Sounds like a problem with Litebit. Have you contacted their support team? What is your address?

I haven’t contacted Litebit support yet. But the Order says completed.

I got exactly the same problem (Litebit to Iphone mobile wallet) with my first NEM coin transaction last saturday.
Filled in my public key in the message/key box on the Litebit form (and read later on that this wasn’t necessary, but isn’t harmfull).

I contacted the Litebit helpdesk yesterday, so awaiting for any response. Did you already found a solution?

Not yet. Also contacted litebit support. Please let me know if you find an solution

Solved it: Change server in NEM app settings.
