How do I send XEM from Litebit.eu.
I keep reading the forum. Many people have the same issue like me, but it seems nobody from support cares.
I bought some XEM on LiteBit.eu. They sent me a message, saying that my address is incorrect and I need to send a public key. The address is the same like in my wallet and I don’t have any public key because it says “You need to make a transaction to get a public key”
So, how do I solve this?
