Sent NEM to wallet address but no message [SOLVED]

I sent NEM to my other wallet but left out message and the NEM is not going through to the recieving address.

Did you send to exchange?
Have you transaction id?

Did you send to exchange? - Yes to the Exchange support.
Have you transaction id? - Yes I provided the the transaction ID to the support of the exchange as the reference

If you want that we can tell sth we need transaction id.

Unfortunetly here can help only Cryptopia support because coins are on they wallet. Without message they were unable to assign transaction to your account. If you already contacted with them, provided transaction hash then you must only wait.
