Sent Nem to wrong address [MOVED]

I am very new to crypto. I was wondering if someone could help me sort out an issue i was having. I withdrew some Nem from bittrex.

Here is the related info.
Address: NBZMQO-7ZPBYN-BDUR7F-75MAKA-2S3DHD-CIFG77-5N3D
TxId: 347359ef04d032964e31871ab7b0c066a6e8928d409069509a7004f3c15e4300

I am using the Nem mainnet wallet. I can see the address in my wallet but it is not the same address that i have sent Nem to before. Any help is appreciated.

That address looks like the Poloniex exchange address. Are you sure you withdrew from Bittrex?

For that transaction ID it looks like you sent XEM to poloniex. They normally ask you to put in their required message in the transaction when you deposit. Also, not to encrypt the message. If you didn’t meet these conditions, then you can raise a support request with poloniex to refund.

I see what happened now. I used the address in my nem wallet which was the address from a previous transaction that I have made. It looks like I sent it to poloniex. I will send them a request.

I’ve just done this on the Bittrex website…did you have any luck getting your NEM back howdydoodie?

Hello @Jed_Avery could you give transaction hash from bittrex withdraw?
Do you know who is owner of wallet where you sent by mistake your xem?
