However my latest transaction has not yet arrived.
Does it take longer for larger amounts?

dont you see this transaction in your nanowallet?
this account of which you made the screenshot is the sender of this transaction, not the recepient. The money went out of that wallet, hence the 0 xem balance
where is the ND2 address? thats the wallet that will get the funds.
you didnt include the message in your transaction…
send the nanowallet screenshot to bittrex support, they might help you but i dont know how much time it will take.
read the text in red on their interface… its written that you need to add the message
