Hello,

Is that possible that the mosaic levy fee may get changed after creation?

If yes, which transaction types are involved where this will happen?
Or how I can believe that at this block mosaic definition with levy fee is changed? on which transaction?
Is it possible to get a mosaic levy fee with other details at a particular blockheight?
