XEM sent from Nanowallet. Confirmed in Nanowallet but not shown in block explorer or received [SOLVED]

Hello,

I’ve sent XEM to and from exchanges many times using Nanowallet. I recently upgraded to the 1.4.13 Nanowallet that is on the main NEM get wallet page.

I sent 2 transactions to exchanges I have sent to before, same address, same message triple checked. The exchanges did not receive my XEM even when showing as confirmed in the NanoWallet.

I checked the block in the Nanowallet on the bob.nem.ninja and the transactions do not seem to exist in the block, yet the XEM has been deducted from my wallet and show as confirmed.

Please could I have some tech support for this.

The node I am connected to only has a block height of 1308245…this seems low. Am I on a chain split?

Will my XEM still be on the main chain?
