The transfer of my XEM from Cryptopia show completed but the coins are still not in my Nano Wallet after 12 hours. When looking up my wallet address on http://explorer.ournem.com, my address is found but no public key and 0 activity.
Is not having a public key the issue? But it’s a “Catch-22”, how can you create a public key when you cannot do a transaction.
In the Nano wallet, the node is a green circle. I also tried changing the node but coins still did not show up.
Please help!
