2 XEM wallets but got only 1 XYM wallet data

Hello,

So I’ve had two separate NEM wallets since mid 2017 with 10150 balances each (just enough for staking) and then when Symbol Opt-In happened this year, I opted in with BOTH accounts.

Now that XYM is launched, I see that I have only one Symbol XYM .pdf file containing my Symbol Address and Symbol Mnemonic but not the 2nd one. I have downloaded the XYM wallet and entered everything and got the new balance of XYM matching the first NEM wallet. But how do I get the 2nd .pdf file again with the second Symbol Address/Mnemonic? Or did I f**k up and didn’t save the file somehow and now the XYM from my 2nd NEM wallet is lost forever?
Is there any way to get the .pdf file again with the XYM info from my 2nd NEM wallet? I can’t seem to find it and when I click on the XYM symbol on the NEM wallet it just says “Opt In has finished, please update your wallet to get the latest details”

Any help greatly appreciated.

Time between optins is 3minutes. I think you need to search for second PDF.

Yes, I opted both of those in within a few minutes. But like I said, the problem is that I don’t have the second PDF for some reason. I have looked everywhere, on all PCs and external drives etc. and it’s nowhere to be seen. So I somehow didn’t save it, even though I remember having both pdf files.

Anyway, the main question:
Is it possible to recover/remake that 2nd PDF somehow, or is it competely and totally lost without any chances of getting it back whatsoever… and the Tokens and Money from the 2nd XYM account are 100% gone? That’s what I’d like to know. Thanks.

Probably second PDF overwrote the first one then - in iPhone the XYM wallet did bluntly overwrite my first profile with the backup inside it, without no warning (that was when I went to recreate the profile to learn where the fist backup could be) so I assume something similar could have happend here too.

Welcome to the club of “lost XYM because of the poor wallet”.

If you lost second PDF (if you telling about PDF it was Desktop wallet optin) then no way to restore access to this account.
