22k missing?

i took out poloniex 22k

XEM 22840.55666666 NCCRFR-Z2MPBH-ITCCVQ-Y2IV7P-VSMOBH-MZFD4H-D34G 2015-04-01 15:46:31 COMPLETE: 1005deee5dcd47d7d88aa200fc8db4c1bfb680dcaaf8e7e074b73ed394476d8f

it never showed up in my wallet and poloniex said it is complete. so i'm wondering where did my 22k go ?

Is that the data that poloniex supplied?

Edit: and is NCCRFR-Z2MPBH-ITCCVQ-Y2IV7P-VSMOBH-MZFD4H-D34G your account where the nem should have been tranferred to?
