I'm confused to how to get NEM.
Is NEM/NEMstake the same thing? Has it been launched? What about the claiming procedure?
Can we get NEMstake/stake now, then once it's launch we claim it for NEM or something like that? I don't know why but that's the idea I got. Could someone sumarize the process to me please? I'd be really appreciated.
Also, what's up with the fact the market cap has decreased so much but the price seems to remain the same? Did something happened to the supply?

Huh, let's start:
[li]NEM (or now XEM) is currency used by nem network, NEMstakes, were shares that were available on NXT AE. They were available to people that requested them, see here for details here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=740629.msg8368436#msg8368436 (there were also older threads).[/li]
[li]NEM has not been launched yet, although if you mind, that NEMstake redemption deadline is 26/02, launch is not far away[/li]
[li]Claiming what? if you have token, you should have registered on registration portal, if you haven't done so, you'll have 2 more month after launch. If you have NEMstake on NXT AE, you'll have to go through redemption process till 26/02[/li]
[li]NEMstake can be bought on NXT AE, but due to registration process, only few people have their stakes there, so price might be high. Again keep in mind NEMstake redemption ends 26th/02/2015[/li]
[li]Those who successfully registered stake, and registered public key, will be included in nemesis block, stakes of the rest will be in public multisig-secured pool. They will have two months two claim their stakes after launch.[/li]
[li]Market cap is currently NEMstake-based. It's obvious that market cap is low, as most of people that had their stakes on NXT AE, registered their stakes[/li]
