Nem is not able to handle 3000 transactions per second ande never will be!
Even after catapult release public blockchain will be able to handle around 100tps

Yeah. Mijin is private blockchain. We will see how many transactions could be processed when it will be catapult integrated into public chain.
I am pretty sure i read in some random post form someone really important that it will be around 100 tps. But we will see…
