"Account" does not appear in navigation bar of Dashboard and all node selections yeild a red square

I just signed up for a Nano Wallet and when I log in I cannot see the “Account” tab in the navigation bar. Where the Account tab should be it just reads “: Primary” Also, the Node shows a red square no matter which Node is selected.

So basically I have access to the Dashboard but nothing else…

Just click on the node and select another node until one goes green.

I tried every node and they all remained red.
