Im new here, and Im a new user of Nanowallet. I have bought some XEM in Livecoin, but i cannot withdraw them to my account, therefore it shows that my account doesn’t exist. I discovered that my account is not activated, please help me to activate it.

but i solved the problem,
before sending xem to account, while you write your adress
you should delete “-” symbol
Yes exactly 
Some exchanges doesn’t handle address with dashes.
