Address does not work with Kraken / Unable to send ETH to wallet [SOLVED]

Hello there. I’m a real newbie with crypto in general and Nem in particular. I have Ether on Kraken that I want to send to my NanoWallet but I can’t figure how to. When I want to create a Withdraw Address on Kraken and click the “+ Add address” button, it is indicated that the address must be in hex format and starting with 0x . If I enter the address of my NanoWallet account (beginning with NCYYLL…), I have an error message : “address is not valid”. Any idea??? What am I not doing good??? Thanks

You can’t send ethereum to address in NEM network. You must have ethereum wallet.
Nanowallet supportes only XEM and tokens (mosaics) build on NEM.

OK Thanks for your help. SO if I create a ETH wallet, then I’ll be able to send ETH to my Nano Wallet??? Do you have any recommandation about a ETH wallet?

No. Nanowallet supports only NEM. Ethereum is other blockchain so you must have orher application (wallet) to sent it.
So you should use wallet for eth. Please look at https://www.ethereum.org

Thanks again for your help. I’ll have a look at it.
