Hi forum,
I have recently bought some Nem on Poloniex and transferred it right away to my Nano Wallet. While the transaction shows as confirmed in Polo, nothing reached the wallet.
The only thing I think I could have done wrong is that I used the address shown in the “Receive” tab instead of the address shown in the Account page (the only different being the latter has dashes and the first one doesn’t).
Did I screw up or should I just keep waiting?

When you send money from Poloniex, you will receive an e-mail.

Thanks for replying! I did click the link and the transaction soon changed from Pending to Confirmed (in Polo). The NEM never made it to my wallet though : (
Poloniex shows you a transaction id. Could you post it here so we can look that tx up ?

What’s the account this was supposed to reach ? I can’t find anything either.
That’s what I’m worried about. I added the address as is in the “Receive” tab (NCZFUB5QZLESVKUBMHKZDD6EGGFJTPL2LRGZOSLJ). Whereas if I click my account it shows the same address but with dashes. Not sure if that could be the issue here…
Now I sent 0XEM from me and it was displayed on nembex.

You need to contact Ploniex.
By the way, Receive’s address is okay.
The address of the account page can be displayed all by increasing the width of the window or narrowing it to the contrary.
Another way to do it is to copy it by triple click (Mac OS).
